1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how lostpinescreative.com (this website) handles visitor information. It is operated by Lost Pines Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company based in Bastrop, Texas.
Our mobile apps (NomadCore, Remember Who, Evident House, Sovereign School) are covered by separate, app-specific privacy policies and by our Terms of Service. This website policy does not describe those apps.
2. Analytics we use
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-80VW0JE7HW) to understand general traffic to the site — which pages are visited and how visitors find us — so we can improve it. Analytics cookies and identifiers are set only after you accept the cookie notice (see §3).
When enabled, Google Analytics may process:
- Pages viewed, time on page, and the site or link that referred you
- Approximate, city-level location derived from your IP address (Google does not log or store your full IP address for Google Analytics, and we never see it)
- General device and browser type, screen size, and language
We do not use analytics to collect your name, email, or any information that directly identifies you, and we do not attempt to re-identify visitors.
3. Cookies & your consent
We use Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied by default. Until you choose — and if you Decline — no analytics cookies or identifiers are stored on your device, and Google Analytics receives only cookieless, aggregated signals (such as a page view and your consent status) that cannot identify you or build a persistent profile. Only if you click Accept are standard analytics cookies set and full measurement enabled.
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so the notice does not reappear. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and reload — the notice will show again.
4. How we use the information
Analytics information is used only in aggregate, to understand overall site traffic and improve content and performance. We do not:
- serve advertising or build advertising profiles
- request advertising or ad-personalization consent — those signals stay denied by default and this site never asks to enable them
- sell your personal information, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising
5. Google as our analytics processor
Google Analytics processes the information above on Google's infrastructure as our service provider. Advertising and ad-personalization signals are denied by default under Consent Mode and are never requested by this site, so Google Analytics is used for traffic measurement only. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can learn about Google Analytics data practices and opt out browser-wide via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
6. Hosting
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may process standard server request logs (including IP addresses) for security and to deliver the site. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
7. Data retention
User- and event-level Google Analytics data is retained for no longer than 14 months, after which Google deletes it; aggregated statistics may persist in Google's reports. We do not maintain a separate database of website visitors.
8. Your choices & rights
You can decline analytics at any time (§3), clear this site's cookies/local storage, or use the browser opt-out add-on (§5). Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request or ask a question, contact us (§10).
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through the site.
